Some information broadcast by NAVTEX is also included ( Common abbreviations for International NAVTEX ).

Mariners are welcome to use information presented in this web site. In case of re-transmission, the text of the bulletins shall not be altered and credit to the respective NMSs shall be given.

A survey is being carried out by the World Meteorological Organization to evaluate the quality of Maritime Safety Information services provided through SafetyNET and NAVTEX. This survey will only take a few minutes to complete. Information will be used for the improvement and development of the World-Wide Meteorological Information and Warning Service. Mariners are encouraged to submit their views.
